WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION ADVISORY

EMERGENCY REPAIR OF BURST PIPELINE

AFFECTED AREA:
Bucal 4A, 4B, 3A, 3B, 2, & 1

DETAILS:
A major leak has been reported in the distribution line caused by accidental pipe burst leading all pumping stations in Bucal to shut down in order to proceed the repair.

STATUS:
Repair works are currently ongoing to restore water supply as soon as possible.

It is with deep sorrow that we, at the Maragondon Water District, extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of our former Chairperson of the Board of Directors, MR. RODRIGO PUNZALAN NARVAEZ.

Born on January 31, 1943, Mr. Rodrigo P. Narvaez peacefully passed away on March 5, 2026. He served with dedication and distinction as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Maragondon Water District, from September 1, 2007 to September 2024. His unwavering commitment and deep love for the Water District and the community he served have left a lasting legacy, and we are profoundly grateful for his many years of invaluable service.

He lies in state at the Aglipayan Church, and will be laid to rest on March 12, 2026.

Let us come together in prayer for our beloved Sir Rods, entrusting his soul to the loving care of our Blessed Mother, Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion, as he is welcomed into the eternal kingdom of her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

May perpetual light shine upon him, may he find peace in eternity, and may he rest in the loving embrace of our Creator. Amen.
