MANKAYAN, Benguet | The Sangguniang Bayan ng Mankayan attended the Turnover of PAMANA Livelihood Program Projects and Associations held on June 9, 2026, at the Municipal Convention Hall, reaffirming its support for initiatives that promote sustainable livelihood opportunities and community development.

The program highlighted messages of inspiration and encouragement from 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐭𝐨𝐜, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐨, who emphasized the importance of unity, cooperation, and responsible stewardship of the assistance provided to the associations.

📌 The session focused on reviewing communications, supporting local development initiatives, and ensuring proper allocation and endorsement of municipal and barangay programs.

- Following the session, the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan also marked the completion of internship duties of Ms. Jonalyn D. Bayanes, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science student from Mountain Province State University. She formally concluded her on-the-job training (OJT) after rendering her service and gaining practical experience in the office.
