We regret to inform you that the Philippine Climate Adaptation Jamboree, which is originally scheduled on 24-26 July 2026 has been Postponed due to the forecasted weather update where Tropical Storm will enter Northern Luzon this weekend ⚠️.

Our priority is our participantss' safety. We extend our deepest and sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this postponement may cause. We understand that this change may affect your schedules and preparations, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Please note that our event shall be moved to August 7–9, 2026. We look forward to continuing our close collaboration with all partners and stakeholders as we prepare for the upcoming program.

with Climate Change Commissioner Albert P. Dela Cruz

We met with the leaders of Agno, Pangasinan to strengthen local climate initiatives and explore agro‑ecotourism opportunities that empower communities and protect nature.

World‑renowned digital media artist Master Hooranky Bae shared his vision of intersecting art — where creativity, spirituality, and environmental stewardship unite.

His generous donation of an original painting, with proceeds dedicated to Agno and other partner provinces, symbolizes how art can directly support sustainable development.

During the visit, Master Bae was also appointed as the Climate Change Task Force International Ambassador, bridging local action with global advocacy for climate resilience.

Together, Agno and its partners stand as a testament that when art, governance, and community converge, sustainability becomes a shared masterpiece.

Tuwing ikalawang Sabado ng May, pinagdiriwang ang 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚 📊.

Sa ating perspective mula sa Climate Change Commission, pinapaalala natin na ang tunay na pagbabago sa klima ay hindi lang tungkol sa teknolohiya o merkado, ito ay tungkol sa mga komunidad na araw-araw na nagtataguyod ng ating kabuhayan at kalikasan.

Pareho lang ang principles na pinapairla ng fair trade at carbon markets:

⚖️Equity — dahil dapat patas ang benepisyo, lalo na para sa mga pinaka-apektado ng climate impacts.
🔍Transparency — dahil ang tiwala ay nabubuo sa bukas at tapat na proseso.
🤝Community Empowerment — dahil ang lakas ng carbon market ay nanggagaling sa lakas ng mga tao sa lupa: farmers, fisherfolk, IP communities, at local workers.
🌏Climate Justice — dahil hindi maaaring umunlad ang ekonomiya kung may naiiwang komunidad.

Sa paghubog ng makatarungang carbon market, inuuna natin ang dignidad ng tao, ang kabuhayan ng komunidad, at ang integridad ng ating klima.
