LAKAS TOMASINO COALITION ∞ Lakas Tomasino Coalition is a central political party of the University of Santo Tomas.

Its goal is to empower the Thomasian studentry by giving them the power to CHOOSE and a CHANCE to make the CHANGE. ∞ We, the LAKAS TOMASINO COALITION (LTC), imploring the aid of Almighty God, desirous of establishing a student political party that will empower the Thomasian studentry by promoting and protecting students rights and welfare, and of fostering a harmonious relationship among Thomasian

s and other sectors of society in order to effect a more active participation in the social, cultural and political development of the Thomasians and guided by the principles of democracy under the rule of law, regime of truth, justice, freedom, hope and truth with love of Thomasian values, do form this coalition OUR AFFILIATES from different colleges and faculties:

The seal is a shield that will show the commitment of LTC to protect the rights of the students. Engraved therein shall be the words LAKAS TOMASINO COALITION to represent the name of the party.

LTC will adopt the colors of the University and of Our Lady.

Marian Blue, ultramarine, is the purest, most brilliant, and most enduring of blues. It is also the rarest and most expensive of pigments, and exceeds gold in value. It symbolizes the color of inspiration, sincerity and spirituality.

Gold, as referred to with the sun and to St. Thomas Aquinas. It symbolizes the color of wisdom and of being a light for others.

White, It is at once colorless and yet bears the entire spectrum of color. White signifies silence, an emptiness and space that are pregnant with possibilities. It is also the color of openness, of truth, of purity, and of hope.
