As we begin a new term, please take note of the important reminders and essential links to help you navigate Term 3 smoothly.

In light of the updated class and office modalities, kindly refer to the following resources:

📅 Important Dates to Remember

* April 27 – May 11, 2026 — Enrollment of Special Class
* April 27 – May 16, 2026 — Enrollment of Audit Class
* March 30 – July 11, 2026 — Application for Leave of Absence

💳 Tuition Fee Payment Deadlines

* Until May 16, 2026 — Full Payment / First Installment (1/3) without surcharge
* Starting May 17, 2026 — Full Payment / First Installment (1/3) with surcharge
* June 20, 2026 — Second Installment (2/3) without surcharge
* Starting June 21, 2026 — Second Installment (2/3) with surcharge
* August 1, 2026 — Third Installment (3/3) without surcharge
* Starting August 2, 2026 — Third Installment (3/3) with surcharge

📝 Course Adjustment Deadlines

* April 30 – May 31, 2026 — Dropping of Courses with Refund
* June 1 – 7, 2026 — Dropping of Courses with No Refund
* June 8 – July 12, 2026 (until 8:00 PM only) — Withdrawal of Courses (No Refund)

📖 Academic Schedule

* June 29 – July 4, 2026 — Independent Learning Week (9th Week, Undergraduate Students Only)
* August 19, 2026 — Grade Consultation Day
