Octagon Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad Inc. Non-Profit Organization The Octagon Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad Inc. was established in 2004. Founded by eight determined and devoted volunteer individuals.

Manned by more than 20 trained volunteers, equipped with 1 Fire Engine and 1 Fire 3000 gallon Tanker. Ready to perform and respond to any emergencies such as fires, accidents, medical operations, rescue operations and any emergency related events. We are determined to spread awareness on how to prevent fire occurrence or emergency preparedness in schools, houses, companies or any individual as per

request. We also participate in numerous events such as Feast of Nazarene in Quiapo every 9th of January every year. Conduct Emergency Medical Service and Search and Rescue to Mt. Banahaw in Quezon Province. Participate in numerous Fire Drills and lectures and many more. We are composed of Emergency Medical Personnel, Rope Rescue Technicians, Nurses, First Responders, Technical Rescue Personnel and Training committee.
