🚨 MANDATORY ONLINE POSTING OF BIR REGISTRATION SEAL BADGE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

Good news para sa ating mga online sellers, content creators, at iba pang taxpayers! 📱💻

Alinsunod sa Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 113-2026, inanunsyo ni BIR Commissioner Charlito Martin R. Mendoza ang pagsuspinde sa mandatory online posting ng BIR Registration Seal Badge.

📌 ANO ANG DAPAT NINYONG MALAMAN?

✅ October 31, 2026 Deadline – SUSPENDED! Hindi na kailangang habulin ang nasabing deadline.

✅ Mandatory Online Posting – SUSPENDED! Pansamantalang hindi obligado ang mga taxpayer na i-post ang kanilang BIR Registration Seal Badge online.

✅ Voluntary Posting – ALLOWED! Maaari pa ring gamitin at ipakita ang Seal Badge kung nais ng taxpayer.

✅ NO PENALTIES! Walang ipapataw na penalty dahil lamang sa hindi pag-display ng Seal Badge habang umiiral ang suspension.

🔎 BAKIT ITO SINUSPENDE?

Layunin ng BIR na tugunan ang mga alalahanin tungkol sa data privacy, technical issues, at implementation ng nasabing requirement, sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa National Privacy Commission at iba pang stakeholders.

⚠️ PAALALA: Ang suspension ay para sa mandatory online posting ng Seal Badge at hindi nangangahulugang suspendido na rin ang iba pang BIR registration at tax compliance requirements.

📣ADVISORY

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 113-2026, dated October 26, 2026, regarding the Suspension of the Mandatory Display of the BIR Registration Seal Badge.

📌 Please be guided by the following:

✅ The mandatory display of the BIR Registration Seal Badge is suspended until further notice.

✅ Taxpayers who have already secured their BIR Registration Seal Badges may continue displaying them on their online platforms, at their option.

✅ No penalties shall be imposed solely for the non-display of the BIR Registration Seal Badge during the suspension period.

📄 All concerned taxpayers are advised to take note of this issuance and be guided accordingly.
