GMERN Officers held a strategic meeting on Friday, October 17, to formulate a contingency plan in preparation for "The Big One." The meeting aimed to review and update the team's existing preparedness strategies in light of recent developments and information regarding the anticipated disaster.

⚠️ Maging handa! Isang bag lang ang pagitan ng takot at kapanatagan sa panahon ng kalamidad.

Ang inyong "𝟳𝟮-𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘁" o "𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗚𝗼-𝗕𝗮𝗴" ay isang bag na laging nakahanda upang maging sandigan mo at ng iyong pamilya sa unang 72 oras (tatlong araw) ng isang sakuna.

Naglalaman ito ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan katulad ng pagkaing hindi madaling masira, inuming tubig para sa bawat myembro ng pamilya, flashlight, first aid kit, mahahalagang dokumento, espesyal na kagamitang pangsarili (hearing aids, maintenance medicine, atbp.) at iba pang gamit na pang kaligtasan.

Sa madaling salita, ito ay isang bag na magliligtas sa iyo at sa iyong pamilya sa oras ng kagipitan.

This National Teachers' Month, Greater Manila Emergency Response Network celebrates those who put much effort into imparting knowledge to their students, those who crafted their cleverness into something their learners can understand, and those who always have a big heart for beginners.

Brigade Director B.M. Fernandez conducted a roving operation in some flood-prone areas of Sampaloc, Manila, this evening, July 21.

We urge everyone to keep safe and remain vigilant during this inclement weather season, especially if travel is unavoidable.

The following are the noted road conditions as of this evening:

• Magsaysay Blvd. in front of Puregold: Passable to all types of vehicles, but presence of potholes and scattered pebbles are noted.

• Vicente Cruz cor. Magsaysay Blvd.: Knee-deep flooding, not passable to light vehicles.

• Vicente Cruz cor. G. Tuazon: Not passable to light vehicles.

• Fajardo: Gutter-deep flooding, slightly passable to all types of vehicles.

• Loyola: Gutter-deep flooding, slightly passable to all types of vehicles.

𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀 𝐈𝐍 𝐁𝐑𝐆𝐘. 𝟒𝟑𝟗; 𝐒𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐂 𝐄𝐑𝐓, 𝐎𝐍-𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐄

A 4th alarm fire broke out early morning of July 2 at M. Dela Fuente cor. Honradez Street, Sampaloc, Manila.

Sampaloc Emergency Response Team, headed by BDir. Fernandez, responded promptly, providing medical aid, assisting in crowd control, and staging.

The fire was declared under control at 1:44 a.m and out at 5:43 a.m.
