The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital (DJFMH) proudly extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Lagman on his well-deserved promotion as the hospitalโs new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
His appointment was formally administered by our Medical Center Chief II, Dr. Salvador B. Evardone, MPH, MHA, CESE, together with the members of the Executive Committee (EXECOM): Dr. Estrella O. Jusi, Chief of Medical Professional Staff II; Ms. Alma Mina S. Enrile, Financial and Management Officer II; Dr. Melissa M. Juico, OIC, Allied Health Professional Service; and Ms. Elizabeth A. Jose, Nurse VII.
The moment was also witnessed by the heads of various departments, units, and sections under the Hospital Operations and Patient Support Service, who gathered to show their support and welcome Mr. Lagman as he takes on this new leadership responsibility.
This promotion is a testament to his dedication, competence, leadership, and valuable contributions to the hospital. As Chief Administrative Officer, we look forward to his continued commitment to strengthening administrative services, supporting hospital operations, and working collaboratively with the different departments and stakeholders toward a more responsive, efficient, and patient-centered organization.
