It is a profound honor to once again be warmly welcomed and officially become part of PDPโ€“Laban. With deep gratitude and a renewed sense of responsibility, I have solemnly reaffirmed my commitment to uphold the partyโ€™s Constitution and remain steadfast in its guiding principles of freedom, solidarity, justice, equity, social responsibility, self-reliance, efficiency, enlightened nationalism and the pursuit of a federal system of government.

I am sincerely grateful for the trust and opportunity to once again stand alongside fellow members in service to our people and our nation. Last Sunday was more than a wake-up call โ€” it was a spark that ignited the hearts of those who refuse to stay silent. It was a call to act, a call to lead, and a call to fight for the future our nation rightfully deserves.

Leaders gathered with one purpose: to rise together and demand the better governance that every Filipino has long been yearning for. United by frustration against injustice, corruption, and the steady deterioration of our beloved country, we refuse to stand idle while our nation suffers.

The anger we carry will not destroy us โ€” it will strengthen us. It will fuel our determination to overcome every adversary, every obstacle, and every force that seeks to silence the voice of the people.

We will rise.
We will conquer.
And we will fight to save the Philippines.

In the wake of the recent events that unfolded before the eyes of the entire world, a question long buried in the hearts of Filipinos now rises louder than ever before โ€” a question no authority can silence, no propaganda can erase, and no fear can suppress.

Have we truly lost faith in the very justice system sworn to protect us?

We now stand in an age where our own people can be stripped of dignity before our very eyes. An age where fellow Filipinos are taken away without even the mercy of a fair and honorable trial within the land they call home. The nation that once fought for freedom now watches helplessly as justice bends its knee before power and influence.

What happened to dignified justice?

The laws once written to defend the people are now wielded like weapons against them. Those who dare speak the truth are branded as enemies. Those who expose corruption are silenced. Those who fight for the nation are treated like criminals, while the truly guilty sit comfortably upon their thrones, believing themselves untouchable.

But they forget one thing.

The Filipino people have never remained silent forever.

History itself bears witness to the fury of a nation pushed beyond its limits. We are the descendants of those who stood against tyrants, colonizers, and dictators. The blood of heroes runs through this nationโ€™s veins, and every injustice committed against the people only awakens the fire they desperately try to extinguish.

We will not stand idle while those in power abuse the trust of the people for their own greed and ambition. We will not bow our heads while our nation is dragged deeper into corruption, fear, and humiliation.

The rage burning within the hearts of Filipinos today is not born from hatred alone โ€” it is born from love of country, from grief for what our nation is becoming, and from the desperate hope that the Philippines can still be saved.

And that fire will become our strength.

We will rise above fear.
We will stand for truth.
We will fight for justice.
And we will remind those in power that no throne lasts forever when the people have awakened.

For the Philippines.
For the truth.
For every Filipino still brave enough to fight for a nation worth saving.
