Sa proklamasyon nga gi amendahan karong adlawa, lakip ang siyudad sa Mandaue sa mga importante sa maong kalihokan tungod sa major thoroughfares nga mamahimong key transit routes unya sa mga delegado nga mutambong sa okasyon.

Nagpabilin usab nga alerto ang lokal nga kagamhanan sa maong kalihokan ug padayon nga nagmonitor sa kahapsay ug kalinaw sa kadalanan.

📢 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | May 6, 2026

In observance of Proclamation No. 1238, s. 2026, declaring May 6–8, 2026 as Special (Non-Working) Days in the Cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu, and Mandaue, including the Municipality of Cordova, Cebu, work at the Department of Health Central Visayas Center for Health Development, including the Provincial DOH Office Cebu covering the aforementioned areas, is suspended effective May 6, 2026.

This is in line with the conduct of the 48th ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings.

However, some DOH Central Visayas CHD offices delivering essential health services shall continue operations to ensure uninterrupted delivery of health services, including:
• Regional Health Emergency Management Services (RHEMS)
• Subnational Blood Center for Visayas (SNBCV)

Regular operations will resume on May 11, 2026 (Monday).

For emergencies and urgent concerns, please proceed to the nearest health facility or contact the 24/7 Patient Navigation and Referral Unit and Emergency Operations Center through #0711.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY. Gatewalk/Ayala Road, M. Logarta Street and Aboitiz Road will not be accessible on Thursday, May 7, for the Fiesta Concert Night in Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

Gatewalk/Ayala Road will be closed starting at 6AM while M. Logarta Street and Aboitiz Road will not be passable by 12 noon.

Vehicles may take Ouano Avenue or L. Jaena Street when going to and from Mandaue.

The Opening Salvo Procession in honor of St. Joseph was successfully held, bringing together devotees, families, and members of the community in a shared expression of devotion and unity. The solemn procession marked the beginning of this special occasion, reminding us of the values of humility, service, and steadfast faith exemplified by St. Joseph.

We extend our sincere gratitude for the presence and support of Mayor Thadeo Jovito "Jonkie" Ouano, Congresswoman Emmarie "Lolypop" Ouano - Dizon, the esteemed members of the City Council, and all government employees who joined us in this significant event.
