Today, we honor the life and legacy of the late Alfredo โ€œIngko Pedongโ€ Ouano, the 4th Mayor of Mandaue City (1988-1998), whose leadership and service remain part of our cityโ€™s history.

His legacy lives on in the people he served and the Mandaue we continue to build together.
