The Building Maintenance Team completed its work for the week (July 21 - 26, 2025).

SECTIONS:

Air-conditioning:
• Repaired and troubled shot of the window-type aircon and changed the capacitor of the floor-mounted aircon at CHO – Sanitary Section.
• Charged freon to 2-unit split-type aircon at MISO.
• Installed aircon drainage at CSWS (Children & Youth).
• Charged freon to 1-unit wall-mounted split-type aircon at OPD – CHO.
• Cleaned 1-unit split-type aircon at BM office.
• Charged freon at MCPO.
• Troubled shot and charged freon to 1-unit floor-mounted split-type aircon at Public Market (OPCEN).
• Troubled shot and charged freon of 2-unit split-type aircon at the Police Clearance office.
• Cleaned 4-unit floor-mounted aircon at the Vice Mayor’s office and the City Assessors office.

Carpentry:
• Dismantled cubicles at the City Legal office.
• Repaired ceiling of Motorpool office.
• Installed tiles at CHO Cr.
• Assembled 1 office table at CEO.
• Installed ceiling at CHO Cr.
• Renovation of Daycare Center at MGLP.
• Repaired ceiling at MCENRO office.
• Cutting of woods for the Engineering office.
• Renovation of Daycare Center at MGLP.
• Installed sealant at the entrance door and repaired tiles at City Hall.
• Installed metal parring at CHO Cr.
• Installed sealant at sliding window at CHO (Dr. Catulong’s office).

Electrical:
• Pulled out convenience outlet at old City Legal office.
• Replaced busted bulb at City Nutrition office.
• Installed decorative lights at Plaza ground.
• Replaced busted bulb and fluorescent tube at Command Center.
• Repaired fluorescent diffuser at SP office.
• Pulled out and condemned electrical lighting due to damage to the ceiling at MCENRO.
• Installation of convenience outlet & provision of power source for Led wall TV at PESO office.
• Repaired aircon outlet and replaced busted lamp at Motorpool office.
• Replaced busted Led bulb and Led tube at SAMHSO.
• Replaced busted bulb at BAC office.
• Activation of the generator set at the Parking building.
• Installed additional lights at the 2nd floor female CR at City Hall.
• Replaced busted bulb at SP office.
• Wired and installed a 60A switch for the electrical supply power source for the welding machine at MCC.

Painting:
• Painting of tables and repainting of the Motorpool office.
• Skim coating of ceiling at CHO Cr.
• Repainting of the Motorpool office.
• Painting of office table at Motorpool for Mayor’s office.
• Painting of CHO Cr.

Plumbing:
• Repaired lavatory and downspout at Cong. Office.
• Repaired artesian well at Sitio San Jose, Brgy. Jagobiao.
• Repaired artesian well at Sitio Sto. Rosario, Purok Goma, Brgy. Jagobiao.
• Repaired artesian well at Sitio Lourdes, Brgy. Jagobiao.
• Repaired artesian well at Sitio Sliding Hills, Brgy. Labogon.
• Repaired artesian well at Sitio Sta. Cruz, Purok Diamond, Brgy. Jagobiao.

Welding:
• Ongoing fabrication and installation for school expansion of MCC.

SECTIONS:

Air-conditioning:
• Cleaned, repaired, and charged freon of 6-unit window-type and split-type aircon at TEAM offices.
• Replaced 1-unit capacitor of floor-mounted split-type aircon at CEO.
• Repaired 1-unit circuit board of window-type aircon at Room 9 (TB-DOT) of CHO.
• Troubleshot and replaced thermostat of 1-unit window-type aircon at CD’s office of MCPO.
• Charged freon to 1-unit wall-mounted split-type aircon at Supply Room of MCPM.
• Checked aircon due to leaking at the Mayor’s office.

Carpentry:
• Assembled a cubicle at the SP office.
• Assembled 2-unit office tables at the City Legal office.
• Assembled office table at Mayor’s office.
• Make an office table for the Mayor’s office at the Motorpool.
• Replaced 4 pcs doorknob at Cong office.
• Assembled 2-unit office table at Legal office.
• Repaired downspout due to leaking at CEO.
• Installed signages at the Parking Building.
• Installed tiles at CHO Cr.
• Installed a new ceiling and repaired table drawers at the DGS office.
• Installed ceiling at CHO Cr.

Electrical:
• Replaced the busted fluorescent light and installed 7 sets at CDRRMO.
• Inspected all electrical loads at City Hall Building for safety purposes.
• Replaced a busted Led bulb at BM office.
• Replaced a busted Led bulb and fluorescent Led tube at BPLO office.
• Wired and installed a convenience outlet at the Congress office.
• Wired and installed outlets and pin lights at CHO Cr.

Painting:
• Lettering of parking signage for the Annex building at Motorpool.
• Skim coating of door for City Library and table for CMO at Motorpool.
• Painting of tables for Mayor’s office and door for City Library.
• Ongoing painting of tables for the Mayor’s office, the door for the Public Library, and the ceiling for the DGS office.

Plumbing:
• Ongoing repaired water supply, lavatory, and urinal at MCSAPO.
• Repaired downspout due to leaking at CEO.
• Prepared for installation of lavatory and bowl at CHO Cr.

Welding:
• Fabricated 2-unit cover for window-type aircon at BM grounds.
• Fabricated boom bar for Public Market and MCC at BM grounds.
• Fabricated and installed boom bar at Public Market.
• Assembled boom bar at Public Market (Exit area).
• Demolition of the existing concrete slab in preparation for the installation of foundation works for the expansion of MCC.

Air-conditioning:
• Installed power supply of 1-unit wall mounted aircon at VIP room of the Sports Complex.
• Repaired 1-unit floor mounted split type aircon at HRMO.
• Repaired aircon drainage of 1-unit split-type aircon at SP office.
• Inspected and repaired the aircon unit at the Accounting office.
• Repaired and charged freon and clogged up aircon units at Market, MISO, and Command Center offices.
• Cleaned 3-unit wall-mounted aircon at the Mayor’s office.

Carpentry:
• Ongoing installation of tiles at CHO Cr.
• Ongoing installation of ceiling at CHO Cr.
• Hauling of cement for CHO Cr.
• Repaired the cubicle and installed tiles at the Vice Mayor’s office.
• Repaired and installed tiles at the SP office.

Electrical:
• Assisted and standby at the Sports Complex for sound system backed up for City Inaugural event.
• Replaced busted lights at the CSWS office.
• Installed round recessed slim down light at Mayor’s office.
• Replaced the defective safety breaker for the aircon unit at the Accounting office.
• Troubleshot a convenience outlet at the SAMHSO office.
• Wiring installation at the Admin Office.

Painting:
• Ongoing repainting works at the Sports Complex.
• Repainting at CTO.
• Cleaned the working area at the Motorpool.

Plumbing:
• Repaired urinal at the City Hall Men’s Cr.
• Replaced water pump at Tipolo Elementary School.
• Repaired artesian well at Purok Sambag, Brgy. Ibabao.
• Installed a water source at the Mayor’s office for lavatory and CR supply.

Welding:
• Fabricated and assembled of fence at MCENRO (North Bus).
• Pulled out welding materials at MCENRO (North Bus).
• Cleaned and arranged welding materials at BM grounds.
• Fabricated window and door grill for City Library.
• Fabricated and installed a window and door grill at the City Library.
• Cleaned and arranged welding materials at BM grounds.

• Ongoing repaired and charged with freon at the Sports Complex.
• Cleaned the 3-unit aircon at the Accounting office.
• Repaired and troubleshot the aircon unit at the Sports Complex.

Carpentry:
• Assembled conference table at Annex Building.
• Assembled 2-unit office table at DGS conference room.
• Ongoing installation of tiles at CHO Cr.
• Hauling of plywood’s and installation for CHO Cr ceiling.
• Repaired the ceiling at the Sports Complex.
• Repaired tiles at VIP room CR at the Sports Complex.

Electrical:
• Replaced busted bulb at City Hall Admin Office.
• Wiring and installation of bulb at the Sports Complex.
• Wired and installed 2 downlight bulbs at City Treasurers office.
• Replaced busted bulb and switch at the City Mayor’s office.
• Installed a 3-gang switch and a single switch at CHO.
• Wiring and installation of a breaker for the supply electrical power source for the welding machine at the North Bus Terminal.
• Installed bulb at tent for the Plaza ground event.
• Installed outlets at the Mayor’s office.

Painting:
• Ongoing repainting works at the Sports Complex.

Plumbing:
• Re-piping of water supply pipeline at Mandaue City Library.
• Repaired artesian well at Purok Tambis, Brgy. Casungtingan.
• Repaired electric water pump at Tipolo Elementary School.
• Repaired the water closet and checked the water supply at the Mayor’s office.

Welding:
• Repaired railings at the Sports Complex.
• Assisted in scaffolding installation for electrical use.
• Arranged welding materials at BM grounds.
• Assembled rack for welding materials at BM grounds.
• Fabricated and installed fence at the North Bus.
