The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has successfully registered and verified over 90 million Filipinos to the National ID.

As of 31 October 2025, a total of 90,290,024 Filipinos, whose demographic and biometric information were verified as unique, already have their PSNs or permanent identification numbers generated in the National ID system.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reminded the public to avoid registering to the National ID more than once as it may lead to issues in processing their registration.

PSA also emphasized that registered persons need not to register again to update or correct their information on the National ID, as updating services are offered free of charge in select National ID registration centers.
