38 personnel from LDRRM Council member-offices and BDRRMCs completed the 5-day Incident Command System Integrated Planning Course facilitated by the Office of Civil Defense on October 5-9, 2026 at Cordova Home Village, Cordova, Cebu.

This training aims to equip all responders, DRRMC members and BDRRM with the concepts, protocols and ICS tools as a response mechanism.
