❗️❗️❗️Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) qualifications:

a. Natural-born Filipino citizen
b. Baccalaureate degree holder (preferably technical courses)
c. At least 21 years old but not a day older than 27 years old on the date of admission
d. Height of not less than 5'0" (152.4 cm) for both males and females
e. Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
f. Of good moral character
g. Physically and mentally fit for training

Application requirements:

a. Diploma
b. Transcript of Records
c. Birth Certificate (PSA copy)

❗️❗️❗️Sailor Basic Course (SBC) qualifications:

a. Natural-born Filipino citizen
b. Has completed 12 years of basic education under K-12 program or has at least 72 units of a collegiate course from an educational institution recognized by the government, or at least completed from TESDA any technical course with National Certificate (NCII)
c. Not less than 18 years old but not a day older than 26 years old upon enlistment
d. Height of not less than 5'0" (152.4 cm) for both males and females
e. Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
f. Of good moral character
g. Physically and mentally fit for training

b. Transcript of Records
c. TESDA NCII (if any)
d. PSA birth certificate
