Sa administrasyon ni Mayor Jonas Cortes nahimo ang Mandaue City nga numero-uno sa labing datu nga syudad sa Central Visayas ug ika-unom nga kinadatu-an nga syudad sa tibook Pilipinas.

Padayon si Mayor Jonas Cortes nga naningkamot aron mahatag ang makiangayon nga serbisyo sa mga Mandauehanon.

Ang survey sa RP-Mission and Development Foundation Incorporated ang Boses ng Bayan maoy nagpadayag nga padayon ang maayong pagpangalagad ni Mayor Jonas Cortes sa katawhan.
