Available Temporary Shelters and Evacuation Sites at DEBESMSCAT Mandaon Campus

READ: As Typhoon Uwan continues to approach the Bicol Region and is expected to affect Masbate Province, the Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) has designated official temporary shelters and evacuation sites within the Mandaon Campus to ensure the safety and welfare of its personnel, students, and nearby residents.

The administration reminds everyone to remain alert, observe safety protocols, and extend cooperation to campus authorities and emergency responders. DEBESians and evacuees are also encouraged to practice discipline and respect within the shared evacuation areas.

The College underscores that this initiative reflects the spirit of bayanihan and collective resilience of the DEBESMSCAT community amid challenging times.
