The activity was designed to provide hands-on training and actual exposure to the operational environment of a Philippine Coast Guard vessel, complementing the knowledge and skills acquired inside the classroom.

During the exercise, the students were able to familiarize themselves with the Vessel's navigational and communication equipment, particularly the RADAR system and other electronic devices essential to maritime operations. They gained practical knowledge on the operation, functions, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques of various shipboard equipment, enhancing their technical competence as future Electronics and Radio Technicians.

The onboard training also provided valuable insights into the role of electronics and communications systems in ensuring safe navigation, maritime security, and mission accomplishment. Through actual observation and interaction with vessel personnel, the students developed a deeper appreciation of the importance of technical readiness, teamwork, and professionalism in supporting the operational capability of the Philippine Coast Guard.

This practical exercise serves as a significant milestone in their training journey, preparing them to become competent, mission-ready, and service-oriented personnel dedicated to safeguarding the nation's maritime domain.
