Poblacion Mandaluyong Fire and Rescue Volunteer TO SAVE LIVES AND PROPERTIES Our headquarters is located in Barangay Poblacion, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Thank you.

Established in 2008, Poblacion Mandaluyong Fire and Rescue Volunteer is an organization comprised of volunteer firefighters and emergency responders. Responsibilities:

• Fire: quick response to fire alarms within the area of responsibility and sometimes in nearby cities

• Rescue:
o Standard First-Aid
o Patient home-to-hospital / hospital-to-home transport *on a case by case basis,
o Vehicular

accidents
o Be on stand-by during Barangay-wide or City-wide activities (at the request of Barangay and/or City management)

• Community Initiative
o Educate civilians about safety and readiness in cases of emergencies such as fire and natural calamities (earthquake, flood, etc.) o Check and test hydrants within the Barangay to ensure access to water supply in cases of emergency
