ARREST OF TOP 8 REGIONAL LEVEL MOST WANTED PERSON

Please be informed that on June 2, 2026, at about 10:40 AM, the Tracker Team of Manay Municipal Police Station, in coordination with personnel from the Provincial Intelligence Unit, DOPPO-PIDMU Tracker Team, 1st DOPMFC, and RMFB 11, successfully arrested a Regional Level Most Wanted Person.

The arrest was effected by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Mati City, under Criminal Case No. 9486-24 for Qualified Statutory R**e, a Non-Bailable Offense.

The accused was informed of the nature of his arrest and his constitutional rights in a language known and understood by him. He is currently under the custody of Manay MPS for proper disposition.

Please be informed that on June 1, 2026, at about 11:13 PM, a joint buy-bust operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU), Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), 1st Davao Oriental Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st DOPMFC), Intelligence Operatives, and Manay Drug Enforcement Unit (MDEU) resulted in the apprehension of alias "Moy Moy" and the seizure of the following items:

One (1) sachet containing suspected shabu (buy-bust item)
Three (3) sachets containing suspected shabu (possession items)
One (1) marked Php 1,000 bill (buy-bust money); and
One (1) plastic container.

The seized items were marked and inventoried at the scene in the presence of the required witnesses and the suspect. The recovered suspected shabu had an estimated weight of approximately 5 grams with an estimated standard drug price of Php 34,000.00.

The suspect and all recovered evidence are now under police custody for further investigation and laboratory examination.
