💧 Blessing & Inauguration of the Emmanuel Pumping Station 💧
📍 . Sta. Teresa, | 📅 December 16, 2025

Manapla Water District held the Blessing and Inauguration of the Emmanuel Pumping Station in Brgy. Sta. Teresa, with the blessing officiated by Fr. Winley Guadalupe. The event was attended by Municipal Mayor Hon. Mika Escalante , the MWD Board of Directors and Management, Barangay Sta. Teresa officials, and the Homeowners Association.

Once an unserved area, Brgy. Sta. Teresa now has access to a more reliable water supply through the Emmanuel Pumping Station. This milestone brings real improvements to daily life in the community and reflects Manapla Water District’s ongoing commitment to extend water service to areas that need it most.
