The Sangguniang Bayan of Manapla, led by Vice Mayor Edgar Pagayonan, successfully participated in the Localize Legislative Refresher Course with guest speaker Atty. Ana Katrina Bianca W. Remoto held at Park Inn Hotel, Bacolod City.
Throughout the sessions, they engaged in open discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and peer learning opportunities on Effective Legislation: The Art of Crafting Ordinances and Resolutions, Legislative and Quasi-Judicial Processes and Parliamentary Rules and Procedure for Orderly Presentation — geared toward strengthening their capacity to deliver effective and responsive public service.
