Isang pitaka (purse) ang natagpuan ngayong umaga habang naka-duty si Traffic Enforcer Don Ace L. Cayabyab at agad niya itong isinurender sa Traffic Operations Office.

Sa may-ari ng pitaka na may lamang Guiconsulta ID na nakapangalan kay Sherwin C. Nieto ng Barangay Poblacion, maaari niyo na po itong kunin at i-claim sa aming Traffic Office tuwing Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM.

Pinuri at pinasalamatan nina Mayor Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario, MD at ni Traffic Office Head Crisanto M. de Guzman si Don Ace L. Cayabyab a.k.a. sa kanyang ipinakitang katapatan at pagiging mapagkakatiwalaan.

LGU MANAOAG HOLDS 5TH BATCH OF THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE

Mayor Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario, MD and 4th District Board Member Jerry Agerico B. Rosario, MD attended the Opening Program of the Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) 5th Batch this morning at the Manaoag Sports Complex.

The 2-day course was facilitated by Mr. Voltaire C. Olivar, Resource Speaker from the LTO Binalonan District Office, under the leadership of LTO Binalonan District Chief Allan C. Glor and LTO Region 1 Director Glorioso Daniel Z. Martinez.

The TDC is a mandatory 15-hour seminar required by the Land Transportation Office for those applying for a Student Driver's Permit. More than just a requirement, it aims to instill road safety awareness, knowledge on traffic laws and regulations, and the importance of becoming a responsible and disciplined driver.

Mayor Rosario, in his message, thanked the LTO for its continued support in bringing the program closer to the people of Manaoag in partnership with the Traffic Operations Office.

Also present during the activity was newly-minted Manaoag Chief of Police Major Arnel R. Tamayo. Together with Traffic Operations Officer Crisanto M. De Guzman, they advised the participants to always follow traffic rules and regulations and to become responsible and disciplined drivers on the road.

Attention to all registered participants for the THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) BATCH 5 on September 4-5, 2026 at the *Manaoag Sports Complex:*

Please be informed that the COMPLETE OFFICIAL LIST of qualified participants is now posted on the Official page of the Traffic Operations Office - LGU Manaoag.

REMINDERS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:

1. Please register at the LTO Portal via portal.lto.gov.ph to secure your LTO Client ID. Kindly bring your Client ID on the day of the training.

2. Registration will start on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 7:30 AM at the Manaoag Sports Complex. Please be on time.

Complete attendance for 2 days is required to obtain your TDC Certificate.

Despite inclement weather, the Traffic Operations Office led by Mr. Crisanto M. De Guzman, provided efficient traffic assistance and crowd management during the celebration of the 25th Episcopal Anniversary of Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Most Rev. Socrates B. Villegas, D.D. today at the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag.

Joining them in ensuring the safety and order of the historic occasion were the emergency and support teams from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Rural Health Unit (RHU), Tourism Office, General Services Office (GSO), Manaoag PNP, and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

The solemn celebration was graced by Mayor Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario, MD and Manaoag First Lady Ma. Suzette B. Rosario, MD, together with clergy, religious and faithful pilgrims.

The LGU Manaoag extends its heartfelt congratulations to Archbishop Soc Villegas on his 25 years of faithful episcopal ministry.

TRAFFIC OPERATIONS HEAD MEETS PERSONNEL, FINALIZES DEPLOYMENT FOR 25TH EPISCOPAL ANNIVERSARY OF ARCHBISHOP VILLEGAS

Traffic Operations Head Crisanto M. de Guzman presided over a meeting with traffic personnel this morning at the Old Tourism Building to discuss important matters for the upcoming 25th Episcopal Anniversary of the Diocese of Dagupan-Lingayen Archbishop Socrates B. Villegas, DD on August 31, 2026.

The milestone event is expected to draw bishops and priests from all over the country, not including guests and visitors. His Excellency Archbishop Charles Brown, Papal Nuncio to the Philippines, will also be in attendance.

During the meeting, postings and assignments were given to traffic enforcers. Start of duty will be at 7:00 AM to ensure smooth traffic flow and security around the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag.

Mr. de Guzman also reminded all traffic personnel to observe proper conduct during the event. He advised and asserted that they should:
1. Never leave post unmanned
2. Always practice maximum tolerance
3. Avoid uttering derogatory words while confronting erring motorists.

The Traffic Operations Office is committed to ensuring a peaceful, orderly, and safe celebration for all pilgrims and visitors.
