In accordance with 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟰, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 and 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟮𝟮, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚-𝙩𝙤-𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨, switch to Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM), or adjust school activities based on localized campus conditions, even without an LGU-wide suspension.

Parents and guardians have the 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 caused by flooding, heavy rainfall, or other hazards. Learners who remain at home for safety reasons will be fully excused without any academic penalty.

Due to the expected continued heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), face-to-face classes at all levels in public and private schools and work in government offices in Manaoag are suspended tomorrow, August 19, 2026.

This is in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 129 issued by the Office of the President.

As of 8:00 AM today, 11 August 2026, Tropical Storm "PEILOU" has exited the monitoring domain (TCID) of PAGASA.

No other Low Pressure Areas (LPA) or tropical cyclones are being monitored for Tropical Cyclone Formation.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

In view of the PAGASA Weather Advisory no. 36 - Heavy Rainfall Outlook, which forecasts an expected rainfall accumulation of 50–100 mm (Yellow rainfall) over the Province of Pangasinan due to enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), Face-to-Face Classes 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (both public and private schools) within the Municipality of Manaoag are hereby suspended on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 pursuant to the Executive Order No. 75, series of 2026 signed by Mayor Jeremy Agerico 'Doc Ming' B. Rosario.

School heads are authorized and encouraged to implement the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) to ensure the continuity of learning during the suspension of on-site classes.
