3. Must be physically fit and with no other medical condition.
4. Must be 30 years old below.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any valid I.D

TEAM DISQUALIFICATIONS
1. Incomplete requirements
2. Falsification of submitted documents/ requirements.
3. Making or instigating TROUBLE resulting in physical damages to any players, officials, organizers and it's cooperatives.
