Inaanyayahan po natin ang buong komunidad—mga magulang, g**o, mag-aaral, at mga boluntaryo—na magtulungan upang ihanda ang ating mga paaralan para sa mas ligtas, malinis, at kaaya-ayang pagbabalik-eskwela ng ating mga kabataan.

𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐆 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘 | 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Employees of the Municipal Government of Manaoag gathered for the first flag-raising ceremony of the month, hosted by the Municipal Treasury Office under the leadership of Ms. Perla E. Maduro.

A key highlight of the program was the official kick-off of 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. In line with the directive of 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 “𝐃𝐨𝐜 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐠” 𝐁. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨, all LGU employees and Municipal Scholars were encouraged to participate in the five-day volunteer activity from June 1 to 5 to help prepare schools for the opening of classes on June 8, 2026.

The resumption of the regular five-day work week was also officially announced and took effect today, marking the return to normal government operations following the temporary implementation of the four-day work week.

Through the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan, the Municipal Government of Manaoag continues to support quality education and foster stronger partnerships in building a better future for every Manaoagueño.

Upon the directive of 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝙅𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙮 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙤 'Doc Ming' 𝘽. 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙤, 𝙈𝘿, the Municipal Government of Manaoag officially 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 effective today, June 1, 2026. The four-day schedule was originally adopted as an urgent energy conservation measure in response to the Middle East energy crisis and rising local fuel prices, pursuant to 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟰 issued by 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙨 𝙅𝙧., which took effect nationwide last March 9, 2026. Moving forward, all local government offices and public services will restore their regular five-day workweek schedule to ensure continuous, daily service to the community.

While transitioning back to standard operations, the Local Government Unit of Manaoag remains deeply committed to environmental sustainability and resource management. Accordingly, strict energy conservation protocols will continue to be maintained across all municipal offices and daily operations.

Mayor Rosario extends his gratitude to the public for their cooperation in building a better, more efficient Manaoag.

Daan-daang jobseekers ang dumagsa sa aktibidad kung saan nagsama-sama ang iba’t ibang negosyo at employers upang mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga Manaoagueño na makahanap ng trabaho mismo sa loob ng bayan.

Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗕. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, 𝗠𝗗, unti-unti nang dumarami ang mga investors at negosyong nagpapakita ng interes na mamuhunan sa Manaoag, isang malinaw na senyales ng lumalawak na oportunidad at mas maraming trabahong naghihintay para sa mga Manaoagueño.

Sa pangunguna ni 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗗. 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱, 𝗟𝗣𝗧 𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝗜𝗖-𝗛𝗥𝗠𝗢 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗰, 𝗖𝗣𝗔, patuloy na nagsisikap ang lokal na pamahalaan na maging tulay sa pagitan ng mga lokal na negosyo at mga Manaoagueñong naghahanap ng disenteng hanapbuhay.

Umalalay din ang mga kawani ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) sa pangunguna ni 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗣. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 sa naturang aktibidad.

Trabaho ang inilalapit, oportunidad ang binubuksan, at mas maunlad na kinabukasan ang sama-samang binubuo para sa bawat Manaoagueño.

Ang programa ay isinagawa ng 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗥𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗣) sa pangunguna ni Ms. Aixa De Guzman, Licensed Real Estate Broker at President ng Manaoag Business Club, upang mabigyang kaalaman ang publiko hinggil sa masamang epekto ng mga iligal na subdivisions sa urban planning, kalinisan, imprastraktura, at kapakanan ng komunidad.

Nagpahayag naman ng buong suporta si 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 “𝗗𝗼𝗰 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗴” 𝗕. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 sa kampanya laban sa mga “illegal land developers” na nagbebenta ng lupa nang walang kaukulang permits at License to Sell.

Ayon kay Mayor Rosario, kasabay ng mabilis na pag-unlad ng bayan ng Manaoag at pagdami ng mga nais mamuhunan sa real estate, mahalagang maging mapanuri ang publiko at tiyaking sa mga lisensyadong real estate brokers at lehitimong developers lamang makikipagtransaksyon.

Binigyang-diin din ng alkalde na naglabas na ang lokal na pamahalaan ng suspension orders laban sa mga iligal na nagbebenta ng lupa at mga hindi kumuha ng kinakailangang permits at lisensya mula sa mga kinauukulang ahensya.

Patuloy namang hinihikayat ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Manaoag ang publiko na beripikahin muna ang mga dokumento, permits, at licenses bago bumili ng anumang ari-arian upang matiyak ang ligtas, legal, at responsableng pamumuhunan.
