Occidental Mindoro State University is currently conducting OMSU GAD Talk Series 3: FY 2027 GAD Planning and Budgeting Training, featuring a workshop on HGDG Application and Project Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PIMME) at the OMSU Mamburao Campus.

Headed by Dr. Amalia E. Roldan, Director for Gender and Development, the activity brings together participants in strengthening their knowledge and skills in GAD planning, budgeting, HGDG application, and the development of GAD programs, activities, and projects (PAPs).

Together, we work toward a more gender-responsive, inclusive, and empowered university community. 💜

Today, the newly elected and appointed Student Club Officers, together with their dedicated Advisers, formally took their Oath of Office for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The oath-taking ceremony was led by the Campus Director, Ms. Jean P. Gulac, with the guidance and support of the Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Coordinator, Dr. Cristina A. Caponpon.

This ceremony marks the beginning of commitment to lead with integrity, responsibility, and genuine service to their fellow students and the university community. May they become responsible leaders who inspire, empower, and create meaningful opportunities for student engagement.
