The third day focused on the fundamentals of rope rescue, including familiarization with rescue equipment, safety protocols, rope management, knot tying, and basic rope rescue techniques. Through hands on exercises and practical demonstrations, participants strengthened their technical competencies while emphasizing teamwork, discipline and safety.

This training reinforces the Bureau of Fire Protection's commitment to developing highly capable rescue personnel who are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies and save lives under challenging conditions.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) provided standby assistance during the URC inauguration to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, organizers, and other participants throughout the event. Fire personnel remained on standby with the necessary firefighting equipment and emergency response resources, ready to respond promptly to any fire, medical emergency, or other unforeseen incident. This proactive safety measure helped maintain a secure environment and supported the smooth, orderly, and incident-free conduct of the inauguration.

This collaborative activity highlights the commitment of government agencies to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment through strengthened coordination and public service. By working together, BFP and PNP continue to promote the welfare of students and provide a visible safety presence within the school community.
