In line with CHEDโ€“NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2025 and CSC Resolution No. 2500752, this Advisory provides guidance to all Local Youth Development Officers (LYDOs) and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials on the evaluation and issuance of the Certificate of Good Standing.

The Certificate of Good Standing is an important requirement for SK Officials to avail of privileges, opportunities, and recognition under existing laws and policies.
