𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬

The Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), in partnership with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), successfully conducted the Drug Symposium for LGU Employees held today at the MTCC Conference Room, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental.

The activity served as an important initiative in strengthening awareness, prevention, and community involvement in the fight against illegal drugs. LGU employees were provided with valuable insights on drug prevention advocacy, intelligence awareness, and the role of every public servant in promoting a safer and drug-free community.

This symposium was facilitated through the initiative and leadership of Municipal Administrator Sir Jerk E. Ardiente as part of the municipality’s continued Anti-Drug Abuse initiatives and commitment to public awareness programs.

The Local Government Unit of Sta. Maria extends its sincere gratitude to Mayor Dinko Bautista for his unwavering support to programs that promote peace, safety, and a drug-free community.

Special thanks are also extended to the resource speakers from PDEA, headed by Provincial Officer IA V Fe M. Fuertes and Intelligence Officer II Winchelle Lou M. Lopez, for sharing their knowledge and expertise in empowering LGU employees and strengthening the advocacy against illegal drugs.
