Inviting all gorgeous and stunning ladies, from the First District of Albay aged 17 to 24 y.o. and have not won any highest pageant title, to join and participate the Search for the Next MUTYA NG NIPA FESTIVAL 2014.

Screening will be done on October 12 and 18, 1pm to 5pm, at the Balading Barangay Health Center.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MR. AND MS. BOLARAMA:

1. A Baladingnon by blood or by residence.
2. Must be 15 to 19 years of age.
3. Must not won any grand pageant.
4. Must be of good moral character.

This was agreed by the Supreme Youth Council and was noted by the Barangay Council. And another thing is that if they have complaints concerning the qualification of a candidate, they must do it before the event and not after the event. All are clear that's why we are very much affected concerning the issue because we know that we have done anything wrong. Thanks.

BOLARAMA UPDATE: Due to heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Luis, the Barangay Council have decided to reschedule the Pageant on September 14, 2014 at 7:00 PM. We would like to apologize concerning the matter but we have no control about the situation. Please be guided accordingly. Thanks and God bless. Kindly pray for a good weather tomorrow.

Pictures are intended to be unnamed because we are encouraging u to vote for those candidate whom u find appealing, and not because u know them or they are from ur puroks.

Likewise, pictures are also intended to be in black in white because we are encouraging u to watch the event and see for ur selves their through beauty.

May I remind those people making unnecessary comments to plz refrain from it. It may intimidate our candidates who are proud to who they are. Beauty is not about the their appearance but the confidence to show others on what they can do to entertain and inspire other Baladingnons.

Moreover, the candidate with the most likes in Facebook shall AUTOMATICALLY ADVANCE to the final round of the pageant or to the FINAL FIVE.
