There are seven (7) Learning System Reform Policies for this SY 2026-2027.

One of these is the TRI-TERM,.
In the implementation of the Tri-Term, there is this Opening Block.
The Opening Block is a five-day period before the actual teaching-learning starts. It features causes in Learner Profiling, Diagnostic Assessment (PhilIRI, RMA, etc) Learners and Parents Orientation, Student Records Setup, instructional planning and intervention, and Class Organization.

Congratulations to our School Principal, MAUREEN EVA T. BARBOSA, EdD, for her outstanding performance in the Post-Test during the Regional Training of Trainers (RTOT) for the Revised K-10 Curriculum held at NEAP, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet on May 07–11, 2026.

Dr. Barbosa achieved a perfect score in the MAPEH 10 Class, making her one of the top performers of the training. This remarkable achievement reflects her strong mastery of the curriculum, dedication to professional growth, and unwavering commitment to delivering quality education.

In a remarkable display of unity and academic dedication, Mataragan National Agricultural School was recognized for Outstanding Achievement during the Conduct of the FLIPPS cm 4th Division Management Committee Meeting held at Westloch Hotel, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur on May 4–6, 2026.

The award was conferred upon the entire school, under the leadership of the School Principal Maureen Eva T. Barbosa, EdD., for submitting the highest number of research contributions—a proud total of 12 Action and Basic researches.

This milestone reflects not only strong instructional leadership but also the collective commitment of the teachers who devoted their time, effort, and expertise to research writing. Guided by a vision that places academic excellence and research culture at the heart of school improvement, the institution continues to prove that meaningful progress is achieved when leadership and teamwork move as one.
