VICAR LOFRANCO of the Bukidnon Paglaum Party (BPP), vying for a seat as Councilor in the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Malaybalay City come 09 May 2022 National&Local Elections. In the bid to obtain good governance from our local leaders tasked to take the helm of political power in our beloved Malaybalay City, we stand for Atty. VICAR LOFRANCO who we believe is among the sincere, competent and empowering leaders from the ranks of the Bukidnon Paglaum Party (BPP), a local political party established in 2012 in Bukidnon. It is our wish and a fervent prayer, that our future leaders in Malaybalay City would be dynamic and responsive to the growing needs of its constituency; and, think for and put first and foremost the best interests of the peoples (the rural and city dwellers especially the seven tribes, the marginalized sectors, and the general populace belonging to the impoverished communities), the environment, and the future generations. We aspire for a set of government officials for the City of Malaybalay who would govern and administer and dispose of their functions and responsibilities with fear of the Lord and propelled with the heart to serve. Malaybalay City need public servants who can lead with integrity, empathy, confidence, and creativity; work with accountability and transparency; serve with compassion, humility, and sincerity; and, journey with grit towards the vision of a Malaybalay City that prospers sustainably, equitably and peacefully.
