The Bukidnon State University – Human Resource Management Unit successfully conducted the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Cascading and Coaching Session at the Balai ha Buksu Function Hall.

This meaningful gathering aimed to ensure the effective implementation and success of the IPCR system by establishing clear, measurable, and verifiable individual performance targets aligned and approved through the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR). The session also served as an avenue for guidance, collaboration, and professional development among university personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement in public service.

Leading the discussion and sharing their expertise were the distinguished resource speakers, Shalimar B. Baruang and Dr. Janne Claudian C. Salvña, who provided valuable insights on performance management, target setting, coaching strategies, and employee development. Their dedication and commitment continue to inspire personnel towards achieving organizational goals with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

The activity reflects the university’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a high-performing workforce that is responsive, competent, and aligned with the vision and mission of the institution.
