Good Day MC'ians and Future MC'ians!

The Office of the College Registrar would like to officially announce that acceptance for New Applicants for the Academic Year 2026-2027 will start this May 11, 2026.

The Admission Exam is scheduled on the 8th to the 11th of JUNE 2026, Schedule for the Admission Interview will be announced on a later date before the Examination Schedule.

Please be aware of the Requirements to be submitted at the College Registrar's Office:

(For New Students)

- Fully Accomplished College Application Form (to be provided at the Registrar's Office
- Photocopy of Report Card (Form 138)
- Photocopy of SF10 or Form 137 (if available)
- Photocopy of Good Moral Certificate
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- 2 pcs of 2x2 ID picture (with Blue Background)
- 1 pc Long Brown Envelope
- 2 pcs Long White Folder

(For Transferring Students)

- Fully Accomplished College Application Form (to be provided at the Registrar's Office
- Official Transcript of Records / Official Copy of Grades
- Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
- Certificate of Good Moral Character

Tomorrow, September 1, 2025, will have Scheduled Orientation for Newly-enrolled First Year Students. The orientation will be held at Room 103. Please be advised of the Following Schedule for each program.

BSTM 1 - 8:30 am to 11:30 am (Monday Morning, September 1)
BSHM 1 - 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm (Monday Afternoon, September 1)
BSE 1 - 8:30 am to 11:30 am (Tuesday Morning, September 2)

PROPER DRESS CODE FOR CLEARANCE SIGNING & ENROLLMENT

To all incoming First-Year Students and Old Students,

Please be reminded that proper dress code will be strictly observed during the signing of clearance and enrollment.

Dress Code Guidelines:
•Wear presentable and modest clothing
•Collared shirt or blouse
•Pants, skirt, or dress (at least knee-length)
•Closed shoes or sandals

•No sleeveless shirts, or revealing clothes for girls
•No short shorts, mini-skirts, or ripped jeans
•No slippers or inappropriate footwear

This is to ensure a respectful and orderly environment during the said activities. Those not following the dress code may not be accommodated.

Let us observe proper attire as a sign of respect to the institution.

To All MC'ians!

The Office of the College Registrar would like to congratulate and present the first pioneering batch of graduates for the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. Held at Malay Activity Center on August 4, 2025.

Consisting of 40 males and 94 females, the Malay College Community is proud to have been a part of their journey from Online to Face-to-face Classes.

Going up the stage and presenting themselves in front of everyone to see their achievement of finishing and completing their requirements for graduating is a testimony of their perseverance and indomitable spirit to pave their own way through trials and tribulations.

And now, as the First Alumni Batch of Malay College, they will be the trailblazers that will leave a legacy for the rest to follow.

May they pursue their dreams and ambitions carrying the banner of their Alma Mater behind their backs, be reminded by their struggles and difficulties in the face of overwhelming adversities and overcome them nonetheless, and may they live their lives - prosperously, progressively, and happily however they see fit.

And so, we would like to congratulate the Graduate Class of 2025 once again and end this post by citing the lyrics from the song "Old Man's Grace" by Nathan Evans:

First Years and Second Years will be entertained first to avoid overcrowding at the office.
