Nov 30 || Nature in Motion: Wetland Clean-Up, Mangrove Planting, and Wellness Activity

The 525th Air Police Squadron-Boracay under the 52nd Air Force Group Reserve, in collaboration with Tactical Operations Group 6, spearheaded a Wetland Clean-Up, Mangrove Planting, and Wellness Activity at Wetland #6, Manoc-Manoc, Boracay Island.

This initiative aimed to preserve and sustain the rehabilitation of Boracay’s natural environment, while creating opportunities to connect and strengthen our relationship with the local community, stakeholders, organizations, government agencies, and both regular and reserve uniformed personnel. Participants came together to clean the wetland, plant 500 mangrove propagules to help protect the coastline, and join simple on-site games that made the morning both meaningful and fun. Activities like this support a healthier, more sustainable future for the next generation, while building a stronger sense of community and shared responsibility for the environment.

The 525th Air Police Squadron Reserve, under the supervision of the 52nd Air Force Group Reserve, in collaboration with Tactical Operations Group 6, will be spearheading a Medical Outreach on December 7, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

If you or your neighbors need medical assistance, our FREE SERVICES include:

✔️ Free Haircut

In the afternoon, we will also be sharing Bundles of Joy with the less-fortunate families of Manocmanoc and distributing slippers to the children from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

This community initiative is made possible through the generous support of Kandili Boracay (Eagles) for the medical mission, and Tactical Operations Group 6 for the bundles of joy, slippers, and haircut services.

"Eyes on the Horizon: Strengthening Community Awareness Through Knowledge as Our First Line of Defense"

On November 29th, the 525th Air Police Squadron-Boracay in collaboration with Tactical Operations Group 6 hosted an insightful activity at Brgy. Manoc-Manoc Hall, the said activity headed by 2LT LLAVANES PAF from TOG6.

The session, attended by local citizens of Boracay, aimed to raise awareness about developments in the West Philippine Sea, highlighting the importance of knowledge as our first line of defense. Participants gained valuable insights into current challenges and the shared responsibility of safeguarding our national interests and maritime boundaries.

We sincerely thank 2LT LLAVANES PAF and the team for their expertise, dedication, and for engaging the citizens in such a meaningful way. Activities like these remind us that knowledge empowers us, strengthens our vigilance, and helps us contribute responsibly to national security in our own way.
