STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS
Peter E. Perez
School Head
April 11, 2025

To all our significant partners in education our beloved parents, PTA officials headed by Mrs. Leslie De Leon, to the ever supportive Brgy. Officials, especially to our Brgy. Captain Emilio De Guzman Jr., teachers, and to all other stakeholders, Good day!

Another school year has passed yet another challenge was faced and another hard work has been paid by our achievements this year. Today it is my pleasure to present to you the state of the school address of Cabeldatan Elementary School.

Truly there are a lot of challenges this year, just like the case of non-reader learners last school year 2023-2024. However, I am happy and proudly announce to you that through hardships of our teachers in giving remediation to our non-readers they were able to pass the reading assessments given by our SDO1 Pangasinan. We really done eradicating non-readers.

The nutritional status of our learners is still very good and we should acknowledge the effort of Feeding Program Coordinator, Mrs. Jasmen E. Lumiguen and our District Nurse, Mrs. Corazon M. Diola for monitoring the health of our learners and by giving those free supplements and deworming medications.

The average grades of our learners –range from 85% to 86% and this is better than last year indicating that our teacher exert extra efforts regarding the academic performances of the learners and this is because they never stop stepping up for their professional development they were sent on different pieces of training and seminars and apply their learning to the fields.

Let me ask also the support of our parents, and guardians to help our teachers in supervising our children with their reading time and study habit at home.

With this thank you for your precious time. God Bless to all of us.

Never too late...

While most of the schools conducted 2025 Nutrition Month last July as it is stipulated in DM378 s.2025. This is pursuant to Section 7 of Presidential Decree 491 of 1974 also known as Nutrition Act of the Philippines, declaring the month of July as Nutrition Month, for the purpose of creating greater awareness among our people on the importance of nutrition.

After series of postponement of the said event due to suspensions of classes brought about by inclement weather experienced all throughout Luzon, finally Cabeldatan ES was able to celebrate and pushed through the plan on August 5, 2025. The event was highlighted with different activities such as parade, zumba and cookfest to name a few.

Hooray! Thank you Father God.
