NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Please be informed that I am not affiliated with any individuals or groups conducting solicitations.

It has come to my attention today that certain individuals have been using my name and falsely claiming that I issued them a permit to conduct solicitation activities in Barangay Asin East, Malasiqui. I categorically deny issuing any such authorization.

When asked about their place of residence, these individuals provided vague and inconsistent information. They initially claimed to be from Barangay Gomez, Malasiqui, then Barangay Poblacion, Malasiqui, followed by Señor Tesoro, Calasiao. Upon the arrival of police authorities, their statements changed again to Pangapisan, Lingayen, and later Poblacion, Lingayen.

The inconsistent statements raise serious concern and may indicate a possible scam.

The public is strongly advised to exercise caution, verify identities, and coordinate with barangay officials or law enforcement before engaging in or supporting any solicitation activities. Any similar incidents should be reported immediately to the proper authorities.

What to Do if Your Voting Receipt Doesn't Match Your Ballot Choices

If you notice discrepancies between what you voted for and what appears on your voting receipt from the Vote Counting Machine (VCM), you must take immediate action. This is a serious situation that requires proper documentation and official intervention.

Immediate Steps to Take:

1. DO NOT LEAVE THE VOTING AREA
- Stay calm but act quickly
- This must be addressed before you leave the precinct

2. RAISE YOUR CONCERN IMMEDIATELY
- Alert the Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) chairperson
- Clearly state: "My receipt does not match my votes"
- Be specific about which positions/candidates are incorrect

3. REQUEST AN OFFICIAL OBJECTION PROCESS
- Ask that your objection be recorded in the Minutes of Voting
- The BEI is required to document your concern under COMELEC Resolution No. 10088

4. COMPLETE AN INCIDENT REPORT FORM
- Ask for the official Discrepancy Report Form
- Fill it out completely, noting all discrepancies

- Your objection should be noted with your name and precinct number
- You may be asked to sign an affidavit describing the discrepancy
- The VCM may need examination by technical personnel

3. Gumawa ng listahan ng mga iboboto
• Para hindi kabahan o magtagal sa harap ng balota.
4. Kilalanin ang mga kandidato at ang kanilang plataporma
• Magsaliksik at bumoto nang may sapat na kaalaman.
5. Huwag kumuha ng litrato ng iyong balota o loob ng presinto
• Bawal ito ayon sa batas.
6. Basahin at unawain ang instructions sa balota bago magshade
• Gumamit lamang ng tamang marking pen at huwag lumampas sa oval.
7. Pumunta sa presinto nang maaga
• Bukas ito mula 6:00 AM hanggang 7:00 PM. Iwas-pila, iwas init.
8. Maging magalang at mahinahon sa mga poll workers at kapwa botante
• Lahat tayo ay may karapatang bumoto, kaya’t igalang ang proseso.
