𝑳𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒃 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒆 𝑵𝑯𝑺 𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝑺𝑫𝑶 𝑰 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏’𝒔 𝑶𝒏𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒔: 𝑼𝒏𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑷𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍

In line with its commitment to equip learners with lifelong skills and values, the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan through the 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 successfully launched the first session of the 𝑶𝒏𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒔: 𝑼𝒏𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑷𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 – 𝑹𝒊𝒔𝒆, 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓, 𝑨𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆, 𝑫𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 last September 5, 2025 via MS Teams.

The Lokeb Norte National High School proudly participated in this division-wide initiative by sending selected student representatives: Windy O. Ranque and Ma. Angela A. Andaya (Grade 10), Maricar Solis and Andrea Hechanova (Grade 11), and Mark Kian T. Solis and Jackielyn F. Vegare (Grade 12). They were guided by their SSLG Adviser, Dr. Sherwin R. Padilla, under the supervision of their School Principal, Dr. Juliet M. Añes.

The highlight of the first session was the inspiring talk delivered by 𝑴𝒔. 𝑫𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒂 𝑪. 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒈, 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑰 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒐 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍, who discussed “𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕: 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒇𝒔 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒆 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆” . She emphasized the importance of nurturing a positive perspective, embracing challenges, and believing in one’s ability to improve as key foundations for academic success and future career readiness.

Through the series of talks, the program aims to empower learners by broadening their understanding of career paths, developing resilience, and instilling the values of self-belief and purpose. The participation of Lokeb Norte NHS students showcased their eagerness to learn and aspire for meaningful contributions in their chosen endeavors.

This initiative serves as a platform for learners to not only prepare for their future careers but also to rise, empower, aspire, define, and make a difference in their communities.

Ipinagdiwang sa Lokeb Norte National High School ang Buwan ng Wika ngayong Agosto 29, 2025 na may temang “Paglinang sa Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagkakaisa ng Bansa.”

Naging makulay ang selebrasyon sa pamamagitan ng mga patimpalak gaya ng quiz bee, katutubong awit, at pagsulat ng sanaysay. Masigla ang pakikilahok ng mga mag-aaral na nagpakita ng talento at pagmamahal sa sariling wika.

Sa pagtatapos ng programa, iginawad ang parangal sa mga nagwagi at muling naipadama na ang Filipino ay wika ng ating pagkakaisa.

Kaisa ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon ng sambayanan sa pagbibigay-pugay sa lahat ng mga bayaning Pilipino mula sa kasaysayan hanggang sa kasalukuyan.

Kinikilala rin natin sa pagdiriwang ngayong araw ang magigiting na bayani ng iba’t ibang sektor, kabilang ang mga g**o at kawani na katuwang natin sa pagsig**o ng maayos na kalidad ng edukasyon para sa mga Pilipinong mag-aaral.

𝑳𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒃 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒆 𝑵𝑯𝑺 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝑫𝒓. 𝑱𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒕 𝑴. 𝑨𝒏̃𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒔 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍

A significant milestone in the history of Lokeb Norte National High School was marked as the school community formally welcomed its new School Principal I, Dr. Juliet M. Añes, in a heartfelt Installation and Turn-Over Ceremony held on July 15, 2025, at the school grounds.

The event was attended by a distinguished roster of guests including school heads, master teachers, teachers from various schools in Basista and Malasiqui Districts, barangay officials, parents, students, and other stakeholders, underscoring the collective support for the school’s leadership transition.

The ceremony began with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and followed by a solemn prayer. Mrs. Virginia F. De Guzman warmly welcomed all guests with a message that highlighted the value of unity in shaping the school’s future.

The centerpiece of the program was the Installation Ceremony, officiated by Dr. Barmie M. Caluza, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) of Malasiqui I District. In his installation message, Dr. Caluza acknowledged the collaborative spirit of the Lokeb Norte community and expressed confidence in Dr. Añes’ ability to continue the school’s tradition of excellence.

The symbolic turn-over of leadership was performed by Mr. Johnnie D. Soriano, outgoing Officer-in-Charge of Lokeb Norte NHS, who passed on the school’s emblematic key of responsibility to Dr. Añes, signifying the seamless transition of leadership.

In her acceptance speech, Dr. Juliet M. Añes expressed deep gratitude to the Department of Education, her predecessors, and the Lokeb Norte NHS family for entrusting her with the opportunity to serve as school head. She called on all stakeholders to work hand in hand in nurturing globally competitive and values-oriented learners.

The program also featured lively intermission numbers by the teachers of Dumpay National High School and selected students of Lokeb Norte NHS, showcasing the talents and solidarity within the education community.

Heartwarming messages of support and congratulations were delivered by key stakeholders: Mrs. Jofe U. De Guzman, SPTA President; Hon. Francisco R. De Vera, Jr., Barangay Captain of Lokeb Norte; Mr. Ronald C. Celino, Principal IV of Malasiqui NHS and NAPPSHI President of Malasiqui District; Dr. Emma A. De Guzman, Principal IV of Dumpay NHS; and Dr. Catherine B. Operaña, PSDS of Basista District.

The program closed with an inspiring closing remarks by Mrs. Armida Rizalin V. Malong, emphasizing unity and support for the new leadership. Mrs. Sheryl April I. Forbile served as the poised and engaging master of ceremonies.

The presence of school heads, master teachers, teachers, students, barangay officials, parents, and stakeholders reflected the shared commitment to the continued progress of Lokeb Norte NHS under the capable leadership of Dr. Juliet M. Añes.

With renewed hope and determination, the school community looks forward to a bright future of collaboration, excellence, and service under her stewardship.💛💚🎉✨

Lokeb Norte National High School formally welcomed its new set of student leaders through the Mass Induction of School Organizations held on July 11, 2025, at the school’s covered court.

The ceremony featured the oath-taking of newly elected officers of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), Barkada Kontra Droga ( BKD) and the National Drug Education Program (NDEP).

Mr. Johnnie D. Soriano served as the Inducting Officer, delivering an inspiring message to the young leaders. He underscored the value of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork as they take on their respective roles in the school community.

Faculty members and students witnessed the event, showing full support to the student organizations’ initiatives for the school year 2025–2026.

The ceremony highlighted Lokeb Norte NHS’s continuing mission to hone leadership skills and empower students to become proactive advocates of positive change in their school and community.
