He was one of the best founders that we had! Especially in PGBI PAKNA-AN CHAPTER.
Born February 22, 1959- Died July 20, 2021 (62 Years)
A brief History of our late FGNF CHARD NHONO Charlie Palmares Sr. .;
He is a veteran of the Armed Forces of the Philippines , a former Philippine Marine Corps , a former Philippine Navy officer, and a retired Philippine Coast Guard Officer. A member of the Centennial Force Foundation Incorporated (CFFI), the Thief and Robbery Section (TRS), the Unified Force Multiplier (UFM), the Bantay Bayan, the Bantay Dagat, the CIIB, the Traffic Force, and many others.
Since 1979 to 1998, he served as a Marines Assault Craft Squadron on Tawi-tawi, Julo sulu, singkai, 11 island, batobato, simunol, bongao taganak, Cagayan, languyan, tiktawan, Sta. Cruz, Zamboanga, to pursue and encounter M**F rebels, pirates, illegal fishing, block the backdoor of illegal entry, patrolling Sabah Malaysia, Borneo, Spratly island, Samar, Leyte, negros, and Palawan island. In the Year 2012 He retired in the service and become a voluntarily full pledged founder of PGBI Pakna-an Chapter and the rest is history.
Founder Palmares Sr., we still miss you. Long live the PGBI GUARDIANS; your memories will live on in our hearts forever!

A member of the Centennial Force (CFFI), the Thief and Robbery Section (TRS), the Unified Force Multiplier (UFM), the Bantay Bayan PH Foundation Incorporated , the Mamayan Ayaw Sa Droga (MAD), the Bantay Dagat Cebu, the Cebu Investigation and Intelligence Branch Cebu (CIIB), the Regional Intelligence and Investigation Division -Detective Bureau (RIID), Monitoring Group of the Philippines , Citizen Patrol Movement (CPM), Crime Against Property Desk Cebu City Police Office (ARTAF), PaDayon Pilipino the Traffic Force, and many others.
