The Northern Police District, under the leadership of Acting District Director PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, through the Caloocan City Police Station, successfully conducted the 6th Kapihan with Life Coaches, Faith-Based Leaders, and Squad Leaders.
The activity was spearheaded by the Acting Chief of the District Community Affairs and Development Division (DCADD), PLTCOL FLORIAN D REYNADO, together with PCOL JOEY T GOFORTH, Chief of Police, CCPS. It forms part of the Districtโs continuing efforts to strengthen partnerships with various sectors of the community. It also served as a meaningful platform for open dialogue on pressing issues, emerging challenges, and opportunities affecting both the police service and the communities it serves.
Anchored on the Fifth Point of the Six-Point Agenda of the Acting District Director, which focuses on Integrity Monitoring and Enhancement, the Kapihan emphasized the importance of strengthening ethical leadership, accountability, and discipline through collaborative engagement among police personnel, faith-based leaders, life coaches, and community stakeholders.
Through shared insights and meaningful exchanges, the activity reinforced the value of strong community relations, mutual understanding, and collective responsibility in maintaining peace and order. It also underscored the role of life coaches, faith-based leaders, and squad leaders as vital partners in nurturing a disciplined, resilient, and service-oriented police force.
The Northern Police District remains committed to sustaining programs that promote unity, strengthen morale, and enhance the overall welfare of its personnel and partner communities.
