EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE

IN PHOTOS | EMS personnel of EA LIBRA 31 promptly responded to a vehicular accident at Brgy. Maysilo, Malabon City on 01 June 2026.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 π„π‘π‘πˆπ‚πŠ 𝐒 πƒπ„π‘π‘πŽ, City Fire Marshal, and monitored by FO3 Joenald A Mendoza, Acting Chief, EMS, EA Libra 31 was placed OOA at 03:15 PM and arrived on scene at 03:20 PM.

Upon arrival, EMS personnel immediately assessed a 30-year-old female patient who sustained multiple abrasions secondary to the incident. The team conducted a rapid physical assessment and ensured proper stabilization by applying a cervical collar. The patient was carefully immobilized and loaded into the ambulance via gurney while maintaining continuous spinal precautions to prevent further injury. The patient was subsequently endorsed to Malabon DRRMO for transport to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and definitive management.

This operation highlights the continuous commitment of the Bureau of Fire Protection – Malabon City Fire Station and EMS EA Libra 31 in delivering prompt, professional, and compassionate emergency medical response in service of public safety and community welfare.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE

IN PHOTOS | EMS personnel of EA Libra 31 promptly responded to a vehicular accident at Pinagbuhatan Circle, Brgy. Potrero, Malabon City on 01 June 2026. Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 π„π‘π‘πˆπ‚πŠ 𝐒 πƒπ„π‘π‘πŽ, City Fire Marshal, and monitored by FO3 Joenald A Mendoza, Acting Chief, EMS, was dispatched at 12:36 PM and arrived on scene at 12:39 PM.

Upon arrival, EMS personnel immediately assessed a 21-year-old female patient who sustained a first-degree burn on her right leg as a result of the incident. The team conducted a thorough physical assessment, recorded the patient's vital signs, applied Silver Sulfadiazine to the affected area, and performed wound bandaging to provide immediate medical care. These interventions were carried out to help prevent infection, reduce discomfort, and ensure the patient's condition remained stable.

After receiving the necessary pre-hospital treatment, the patient declined transport to a medical facility and voluntarily signed a waiver. EMS personnel ensured that all appropriate medical interventions were rendered prior to the conclusion of the operation.

IN PHOTOS| The Bureau of Fire Protection – Malabon City Fire Station swiftly responded to a reported residential fire incident at Sisa Street, Goldendale, Brgy. Tinajeros, Malabon City in the early hours of May 31, 2026.

At 12:17 AM, fire units 221E, 223E, and 224P, together with EA Libra 31 and EA Libra 32 ambulances, were dispatched in response to the reported fire incident. Responding personnel arrived on scene within 3 minutes, covering a distance of approximately 500 meters.

The incident was declared a 1st Alarm by FINSP Herminio S. Orata Jr. at 12:20 AM. Through the swift and coordinated efforts of all responding units, the fire was declared Fire Under Control (FUC) at 12:29 AM and subsequently Fire Out (FO) at 12:30 AM. Fortunately, no injuries, fatalities, or casualties were reported.

IN PHOTOS | Demonstrating prompt and efficient emergency medical service, Emergency Medical Services of EA Libra 31 responded to a reported vehicular accident at Sisa Street, Brgy. Acacia, Malabon City.

Upon arrival, responders immediately assessed a 66-year-old male who sustained a 4-centimeter laceration on the left parietal side of the head. Vital signs were taken and recorded, and a thorough physical assessment was conducted to determine the patient's condition. To ensure patient safety, a cervical collar (C-collar) was applied for neck stabilization, and appropriate wound dressing was administered on scene.

Following pre-hospital care and continuous monitoring, the patient was safely transported to Tondo Medical Hospital and properly endorsed to the attending resident physician for further evaluation and management.

This response underscores the commitment of BFP Malabon's Emergency Medical Services in delivering timely, professional, and life-saving assistance to individuals in need.

At 2:38 AM, fire units 221E, 223E, and 224P were dispatched in response to the reported 10-70 incident. Upon arrival at 2:42 AM, the incident was declared 1st Alarm by FINSP ORATA, with additional responding units including EA Libra 32, 211T2, 212T, 2410T, and EA Libra 31 Ambulance along with Malabon Fire Volunteers augmenting the firefighting operations.

Through the coordinated efforts of responding personnel, the fire was declared Fire Under Control (FUC) at 3:01 AM, and subsequently declared Fire Out (FO) at 3:13 AM under the supervision of FINSP ORATA.

Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported during the incident.
