For its pilot session, ProcureSmart LIVE will feature a training on the Market Scoping Form, with Engr. Diphdalyn Salazar, Division Chief of the Performance Monitoring Division โ B, as resource speaker.
Through this session, participants will gain a better understanding of market scoping and its role in supporting more responsive, strategic, and evidence-based procurement under the New Government Procurement Act.
