EPD EARNS RANK NO. 1 IN NCRPO’S UNIT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION RATING FOR 12 STRAIGHT MONTHS
The Eastern Police District (EPD) once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence after securing Rank No. 1 in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) NCRPO-Wide for twelve (12) consecutive months, covering the period from April 2025 to March 2026. Led by PBGEN Aden T Lagradante, the District sustained its standing as one of the top-performing police districts in the National Capital Region through the collective efforts of its personnel, Chiefs of Police of PaMaMariSan CPS, DMFB, LGUs, partner agencies, stakeholders, and community force multipliers.
With jurisdiction over Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, and San Juan, EPD continued to excel in police operations, administrative governance, and community-centered policing aligned with the PNP’s “Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman” and the DILG’s “Safer Cities” initiatives. The District also maintained the lowest number of administrative cases in the entire NCRPO, reflecting professionalism, accountability, and discipline among its ranks.
EPD further strengthened community relations through programs such as Alagang EPD, Adopt-A-Student, and EPD PITO PATROL: Tunog ng Seguridad, while sustaining strong accomplishments in Enhanced Managing Patrol Operations (E-MPO) and anti-criminality campaigns against illegal drugs, illegal gambling, and loose fi****ms.
The District also earned several recognitions, including Best NCRPO Police District for CY 2024–2025, the Service Excellence Award from National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), Champion in the NCRPO E-MPO Challenge 2025, 2nd Place in the NCRPO CDM Competition 2025, and Champion in the NCRPO Singing Cops of the Philippines Season 2, later finishing as 4th Runner-Up in the national competition held at Camp Crame.
