URGENT HIRING:
CFSI seeks qualified and experienced applicants with diverse backgrounds for the following post, which is based at CFSI Sub-Office in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
We’re looking for a Social Worker with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience, preferably focused on case management and direct service with individuals, families, and groups.
- Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
- Cross-cultural experience and demonstrated skills in networking and advocacy ideal.
- Knowledgeable about refugee protection issues, policies, programmes, and services.
- Proactive approach to responsibilities and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language skills and writing skills.
- Proficiency with personal computer and appropriate software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-cultural setting required.
- Availability for crisis intervention and sudden increases in the refugee populations required.
