We are a group OF Gramercy Unit Owners, FOR Gramercy Unit Owners, and BY Gramercy Unit Owners. Group Principles and Values

1. We don't just talk and complain.

This Group is an ADVOCACY and ACTION Group (emphasis on the ACTION part!). We talk, complain, and then work to find a fair and win-win solution for everyone concerned.

2. Our approach is generally cooperative rather than confrontational. We believe that most problems/issues/grievances can be solved by having sincere and open communication. We first listen, then cooperate but if needed, take a con

frontational stance when it comes to serious non-compliance issues or in cases where the best interest of member-owners are infringed or put in danger.

3. We trust and verify.

4. This Group is NOT an ad hoc Group. This is not a one time action. This is going to be a sustained advocacy and campaign for good governance and accountability.

5. We are here for the long haul to protect, advance and defend our rights of homeowners. In order to achieve this, we need to remain vigilant, proactive, and action-oriented. DISCLAIMER:

Hope all is well. How has been your experience with Gramercy these days? With all the changes in policies, proximity cards, ongoing high condo charges, and other problems home owners like you experience with the current governance and management of Gramercy, I hope you are coping up and extending your patience much longer. One of our fellow owners have described the current situation at Gramercy to be like a "prison" which is truly sad to know.
