The Doctrine Center, under the leadership of Colonel Ranulfo A Sevilla and through the Lessons Learned Branch, led by Major Gilbert L Facunla, facilitated the 1st Coordinating Conference with the CRSSB, OG3, Philippine Army, on 11 February 2026.

The activity highlighted the importance of presenting plans and programs to higher headquarters to ensure alignment with strategic guidance and secure support for the successful ex*****on of Lessons Learned activities. Through this engagement, the unit strengthened coordination, enhanced transparency, and reinforced its commitment to mission accomplishment.

The Doctrine Center remains committed to advancing the Philippine Army Lessons Learned System through sustained training initiatives and close coordination with higher headquarters to strengthen operational readiness.

The Doctrine Center, under the leadership of Colonel Ranulfo A Sevilla, underwent the Philippine Army (PA) Annual General Inspection (AGI) conducted by the Philippine Army Inspection Team headed by the Army Inspector General, Major General Christopher S Tampus, on 10 February 2026 at the 2nd Floor, Special and Technical Staff Building, Headquarters Philippine Army.

The AGI serves as a vital management tool to assess the operational effectiveness of Philippine Army units. It ensures that units are effectively carrying out their respective missions while maintaining high standards of morale, welfare, and discipline among personnel.

Through the conduct of the inspection, the Doctrine Center reaffirmed its commitment to organizational excellence and continuous improvement. The unit remains prepared to undertake activities that enhance the effectiveness of its divisions and personnel in support of the Philippine Army’s mission.
