For the safety and welfare of the public following the recent earthquake, work in government offices within the Municipality of Maitum is hereby suspended today, June 8, 2026.
Likewise, classes in all levels, both public and private schools, are suspended on June 8–9, 2026 due to the effects of the earthquake and the possibility of aftershocks.
Residents are advised to remain vigilant, follow safety protocols, and stay updated through official announcements from local authorities and disaster response agencies.
Your safety is our priority.

Dahil sa paniniwalang “𝙎𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣,” malugod na ipinapakilala ng 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗔𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗞𝗶𝗠𝗮 – 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, katuwang ang 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, ang isang inisyatibong naglalayong isulong ang pagkatuto, kamalayan, at positibong pagkilos sa mga kabataan, bata, at komunidad.

Rooted in the belief that informed choices lead to brighter opportunities, layunin ng proyektong ito na bigyang-kakayahan ang mga kabataan sa pamamagitan ng makabuluhang edukasyon habang hinihikayat ang komunidad na maging aktibong katuwang sa kanilang paglago at pag-unlad.

Sa pamamagitan ng edukasyon at makabuluhang pakikilahok, hangad naming makalikha ng isang kapaligirang nagbibigay-daan sa mga bata at kabataan na umunlad, gumawa ng wastong desisyon, at magkaroon ng tiwala sa paghubog ng kanilang kinabukasan.
