On February 4, 2026, Magallanes National High School successfully conducted its first-ever Online Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Election 2026, marking a significant milestone in the school’s history and in the advancement of student leadership and democratic participation. This innovative initiative was spearheaded by the Learner Government Commission on Elections and Appointments (LG COMEA), demonstrating the school’s commitment to embracing technology-driven solutions while upholding transparency, fairness, and integrity in the electoral process.
The online election provided learners with a safe, accessible, and efficient platform to exercise their right to vote, ensuring wider participation and active engagement among the student body.
